NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that an election will be held in the Town of Erin, Washington County, Wisconsin, on Tuesday, April 7, 2026, the following offices are to be elected to succeed the present incumbents listed.  The term for all offices is for two (2) years beginning on Tuesday, April 21, 2026.

NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that the first day to circulate nomination papers is December 1, 2025 and the final day for filing nomination papers is 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, January 6, 2026 in the office of the Town Clerk at the Erin Town Hall, 1846 State Hwy 83, Hartford, Wisconsin, 53027.

NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that if a primary is necessary, the primary will be held on Tuesday, February 17, 2026.

Election Details

An election is to be held in the towns, villages, cities, wards, and election districts of the State of Wisconsin, on Tuesday, April 7, 2026. The following officers are to be elected:

Judicial Officers

One (1) Justice of the Supreme Court, for the term of ten (10) years, to succeed the present incumbent listed, whose term of office will expire on July 31, 2026:

Candidates for Justice of the Supreme Court, Court of Appeals Judge District 2, and the Washington County Circuit Court Judge Branch 2 file nomination papers and declarations of candidacy with the Wisconsin Elections Commission. Candidates for Washington County Board Supervisors file nomination papers, declaration of candidacy and campaign registration statements with the Washington County Clerk’s Office.

Primary Election

If a primary is necessary, the primary will be held on Tuesday, February 17, 2026.

Additional Information

Acceptable Photo ID will be required to vote at this election. If you do not have a photo ID, you may obtain a free ID for voting from the Division of Motor Vehicles.
