NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing will be held during the Zoning Board of Adjustment meeting at the Erin Town Hall, 1846 State Hwy 83, Hartford, WI 53027. The meeting shall commence at 2:00 p.m. on April 22, 2026.
Public Hearing on and consideration by Zoning Board of Adjustment of petition of Steve Fantl FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 5420 Tory Lane, Colgate WI 53017. T3-0724-002 being 7.36 Acres, Section 36, Zoned R-1 Residential with a minimum 3-acre density. Above listed petitioner is requesting review and approval for a Dimensional Variance to allow the construction of accessory structure which proposed location does not meet building side yard setback of 30’ required by code.
